PROJECT 'SAVE THE OWK' alias INVEST IN YOUR HOBBY ! OWK - Area has discontinued its activities for the reason that Queen Patricia I. is putting it up for sale. All of us, who have spent many happy moments there, do not want to accept the idea that OWK will not exist any longer, hence we would like to introduce this Project. It allows us not only to renew the activities of OWK, but also to provide for the considerable expansion of the present activities. The aim of this project is to gather as many people as possible who acknowledge the principles of Female Dominance (FEM-DOM), asking them to make an investment in shares in a new company. This company will buy the OWK back from the Queen (including the internet domains) by investing obtained financial means, and will renew the operations of OWK Areal, including other new services such as: · permanent presence of the OWK Guardesses · year-long possibility to visit the Area for Dominant Women with Their slaves · year-long slave training under the supervision of the OWK Instructress · year-long possibility to stay in the prison · possibility of applying as a long-term 'domestic slave' for selected male creatures · courses for Dominant Women beginners · regular and frequent FEM-DOM weekends and other sessions · expansion of the existing OWK area, allowing us to conceive another type of slave training · further OWK expansion by establishing new 'branches' in other foreign countries It is obvious that the shareholders will have special preference for OWK stays or slave training reservations, as well as participation in filming. All will be based on the number of shares acquired. Other benefits will include discounts on accommodation, discounts on goods, free entry to the new internal OWK web site shareholders, etc. Every shareholder will participate in the prospective profit of the OWK, as is the case for every other shareholder in every 'standard' company. The shareholder can also move the share profits over to his Mistress, (or give it to the OWK as a present). If all shares are sold out, we will start something like a 'stock exchange' on the OWK website. You can buy or sell OWK shares there if interested. It makes sense to run this Project only in the case that we know how many share applicants we have, and if there will be enough financial resources to re-purchase the OWK castle. That is why we are only giving you this brief information for now. After the Project has been initiated, we will provide you with much more detailed information. We would like to ask the preparatory applicants of the share purchases in the 'new' OWK to fill in the form below, and send us the non binding agreement below. WOMEN OVER men ! Madame Gabrielle Madame Sarka and all other OWK-Team Preparatory, non-binding agreement of share purchases in the OWK Your name:_____________________ Your e-mail:____________________ Yes, I have preliminary and non-binding interest in purchasing ___________ shares at the price of 250 EUR (340 USD) / 1pc. ___________________________________________________ ________________________ PLEASE COMMENT...XXX

I saw it online for sale a couple years ago. Enough to fantasize about for about 30 seconds but then return to Planet Earth. Edited to remove inaccurate price. I thought it was much higher than I remembered, but thought it couldn't have been! LOL

Two years ago they were after 7.5 million Euros. It didn't sell at that price and property has dropped since then, so you could try a stab at 5 million. To raise that money you only need 5,000 people to front up 1,000 Euros. In other words you need everyone who signs on to IC today to cough up 872 quid. Shouldn't be that difficult if the place is that popular. Why don't cash machines have a Gamble button?

I thought the same thing at the time, but thought the organisation of it would be a nightmare. It is lovely they are trying to do it themselves. Of course, there are a lot of details missing from that list of benefits, but if interest is viable, at least they can work on it!

Good to see a chance of a happy ending to It, good luck to the group. I would chip in if i had that kinda money. Is there any chance of rather than buying an existing company, finding a venue and doing something here? commitment is like ham and eggs. the chicken makes a contribution, the pig makes a commitment.

Are you going for a LLP (Limited Liability Partnership)?
So in the absence of fraud or wrongful trading, share holders do not lose more than they invest (As with a limited company or a corporation). (From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limited_liability_p.... Since whoever buys the OWK also buys any debts that go with it etc. Shouldn't a contract be drawn up to outline who has responsible for unlimited liability (if needed in a country) etc. I'm no financial whizkid so anyone who would be interested would need to look into it.

Yes, there are a lot of legal implications and practical questions which would need to be answered before anyone should do anything - also considering it would be a Czech company, so their Liability laws may differ substantially. But finding out how much interest there is is a good start. Life is not measured by the breaths we take. but by the moments that take our breath. - Anon. |
