Almost, almost, almost finished!
This is by way of an update for those who've been wondering where I disappeared to the last few weeks.
Well I've been bonded to the keyboard and ended up having a hemipelegic migraine however, the editors copies will be out this week. At long last! My book is finally coming together.
It's been a year, didn't think writing a book would take so long or take so much from me, and that's only the first one, got two more to go lol! Still, it needed doing and I'm glad I listened to those who finally persuaded me to put fingers to keyboard.
So, that's where I've been. Its been intense the last three weeks, getting the pictures together, dotting the i's; and I expect there'll still be corrections but that's what editors are for and I'm very grateful to the three of them for volunteering.
Next week I'll be sipping Pimms and waiting for the corrections to come in, basking in the glow of accomplishment. Yay!
