There are probably many categories missing. I've already requested a couple myself (http://www.informedconsent.co.uk/posts/268048) but I don't know whether those will get anywhere. (Doesn't seem to have elicited any response from anyone who could say, as far as I can tell.) I suppose it's all a question of demand.
