If anybody is interested in this but hasnt had the chance to see or do it. Im organising a demo in Glasgow 26th June. Edgeplay are carryingout the cell popping demo and a local Pro-Domme the Violet wand demo. 40 places in total £7 a head (non-profit demo to cover costs only). Im going to post a thread on the main board in a couple of days but thought some of the pro's might find this a usefull addition memo me if your interested. Brandees have already volunteered so its purely a demo and chance to "see it for real" edgeplay will be selling equipment.

Edgeplay, who are doing the demo, as stated in the OP, are in London area. Do you expect them to travel to Glasgow, stay overnight and pay for the privelage themselves? I believe the ticket also includes food and tea/coffee! £7 is a bargain price! Well done OllieVW for getting this organised Almost always, the creative dedicated minority has made the world better.

Didnt quite expect this kind of reply from you??? edgeplay are traveling from LONDON to scotland to do the demo, they then need accomodation and also their time to do the demo, The venue is a pro dungeon so it has kindly been made availabe for several hours at a reduced rate. Dude replies like yours dont help encourage others to experience something new. You just dropped a few notches in my respect list thanbks for your support. My first attempt at organising something for the local scene im not in this to make money just to have some fun now all the thread is going to get is small minded comments like yours.

oh don;t worry i know plenty off people that organise events and they will all tell you, the golden rule is that you will never make any money for yourself. I was simply asking is that what it costs to organise something like this? Now i see that you have to include travel from london then yeh id say thats about right. i can't think of anything to say here | |
