Have a bit of timed qualifying - straight run, one against one - then sort out the heats/races; fastest group, next fastest group and so on. Time the races themselves (only the person in first place - and if he/she goes more than a few seconds quicker than in qualifying, he/she's disqualified. That stops sandbagging. It'll give all the ponies a few extra runs and give everyone more chance to watch a few runs. Just a thought. Wish I could be there - have a great time! | |
