The O/P has now started a weblog with the same content but replies do not start visible. That drives me nuts, why can't we see in advance that our replies will be censored? At the risk of sounding rude; Have you bothered to read the first four pages of this thread? Especially the OP's last post on p4? That was today; the weblog was posted last night before they posted on here, and before they were fully aware of the whys and what ifs. Now thay are aware, the weblog is irrelevent, and probably not worth altering the settings. I think the main point is that it sounds like the image you described is NOW illegal under English and Welsh law. it is ILLEGAL for you to possess it for a sexual purpose (although there may be some exception if it is a picture of you or you took it yourself as part of sexual activity) and you are DISTRIBUTING (a more serious offence) the image if you display it here. Admin if they failed to delete it would potentially face criminal proceedings for aiding and abetting your illegal act. Admin probably don't like the new law any more than you do and probably agree with the member of the House of Lords who puzzled why if an activity was legal between consenting adults it should be ILLEGAL to photograph it. You're not even the worst affected. A seventeen year old girl who sent her seventeen year old boyfriend a photograph of her tits could, and in other jurisdictions has, lead to boyfriend being prosecuted for possessing child pornography and her being prosecuted for distributing it. Beware too if you have old editions of News of the World. Samantha Fox started modelling for them at 16 so that too is now child pornography. S.x.

I'm not badly affected, I realise that. The extent to which the law has changed I was unaware of. In starting this thread alot has been explained and lines for research offered, for which I'm grateful.
