I'm writing a feature for Scarlet magazine about the most special/unique/mind-blowing fetish events in the country. The list is so far turning out to be rather London-centric. What would you non-SE people recommend in terms of clubs, parties or events? It needs to be something pretty unusual to get included, although I might include a general club night if it was particularly amazing for some reason! Princess x | |

i've heard good things about the Midlands and COventry Scene, i think ther's clubs like Nemesis, Rialto, Ceasers... Beyond Bizarre, the BBB after party... The Kage in Bury is also a popular one. these are all just off the top o my head and i cant think of any others at the moment | |

As most people have never been to a club and most of those who have been have only been to one or two, you are going to get a list of just about every club in Britain. It all depends on what someone considers good about a club. Loud music may make a club for one person and ruin it for another. Why don't cash machines have a Gamble button? | |

As someone from the South East who isn't afraid to travel beyond the Watford Gap I would nominate The Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar not just for the stalls but the whole atmosphere including the demos. Aychee and earthmom have the right formula there. Beyond Bizarre again for atmosphere and some great furniture and play. (Pity about the nudity ban but I understand the licensing limitations) Oblivion in Cambridge - smaller but well presented Caesars for the Rope Peer Workshops (have yet to do the Play Munch there but will experience it in a couple of weeks time) ^Thunder^ Edited 21 Apr 10, 9:53 AM by x_Thunder_x | |
