Anyone placed any orders recently? we placed an order ten days ago, payment taken the following day and we still haven't received our goods... website says same day dispatch... they're unobtainable by phone (keeps going to answer machine and the answer machine cannot take messages as the mailbox is full) + no reply to email. Like quite a few online traders they break the rules by having no address on their website. The only phone number is a non-geographic 0845 number so no clues there. Could be anywhere in the world. | |

As far as I'm aware, they're a UK based company and it's my understanding that what we ordered (a magic wand bundle) is a stock item - we've met one of the guys behind the show at the BBB a little while ago, which is why we chose this particular company. If you cant get any joy you may be able to trace them through thier company and vat registrations which is at the bottom of the contacts page. They could also be on holiday and stuck somewhere. But if things get that serious I would persue the first option.

I've left a brief mesage on one of the staff's mobile. As previous replies ; I've used them and always found them reliable. Given their previous reliability, they may have had sort of personal emergency ; I don't know if it is a small (personal) size company. If (for example) one of them had been taken ill, or they were stranded with the grounding of flights ..... so whilst I share your concern, all may not be lost.... Did you pay by card? if it is a worst case scenario, after giving them a chance to get in touch you can request a 'chargeback'? I'm hoping they've faced a 'blip' and it all gets sorted out to everyone's satisfaction. Cheers, Badg1.
