200... Finally!
I know the number doesn't mean anything. But my real-life networks just have reached 200 today.
Some people who I met have deleted their profile. There are people who I met but never have exchanged network request or thought we already were. 3 profiles out of 200 are group ones, so it doesn't really count. Also I met a lot of people at clubs who are not on IC. So 200 is not accurate number of people who I have met on the BDSM scene. But I just can say... I met and talked to soooooooooooooooooo many BDSM people!
I just have looked through my real-life networks. I remember everyone except 2 people(sorry!). Every single person I can tell where we met and what we talked. A few of them became really good friend, some of them I meet regularly at events, some I only met once.
I also meet lots of non-BDSM people all the time as I have a hectic social life and do different things. Then numbers I met while I have been in London would be uncountable.
Life is really great. Meeting people and getting know them. I live for it.
I moved to London from Japan a few years ago. I started my life from zero. I didn't know anyone in UK. I didn't speak English. But I think I have been doing quite well.
Reaching 200 real-life networks on IC... It is such a small, meaningless thing in my life. But it is good opportunity to look back who I have met and thank for everyone.
