Yes, it's a turn on, but it can generate unpredictable results. Fir me, it's a very personal, intimate thing - touching my face is always a very important gesture, I don't like people doing it most if the time. But when it works... it has made me see stars and go to sleep happy. | |

I'm with @MyBeautifulSelfish on this, and have a sub who likes it. Like others have said becareful on how hard and where you do it. If you catch the ear it can sting like a bitch but also perforate the ear drum, and too hard round the temple area can leave large bruising and also there's the risk of a detached retina.
