Well, that was an excellent afternoon. Some really interesting different perspectives were articulated, and the conversation really flowed. Thanks to the people who turned out and contributed, and to Tanos for putting it on. I hope we can do it again some time. Tom "There's no D/s in Team" (Sparks, V., 2009, pers. comm.) |

It was interesting meeting. Actually I came because I didn't really get what the core of O&P was, what people believe in, etc. But glad I joined. |

It was a momentous occasion. Most definitely the best (non-play/non-club) event I have yet attended. I benefitted from it immensely. I aquired more knowledge of, deeper insight into, and better understanding of D/s and O&P. I met some new people, who I liked. I would like to thank Tanos for his effort in organising it. I would also like to thank everyone who took part in the discussions and otherwise contributed to the afternoon in different ways. The dinner afterwards was pleasant, providing more time and opportunity to discuss. |

Stimulating discussions indeed!
Thank you to Tanos & Mia for coming all the way to London and organise this.
Moreover, I had the pleasure to meet some old and new friends and looking forward for more discussion gatherings like this (including the after dinner discussions too). Mdm. Masha "Be Safe and at Ease with your Nature" Edited 11 Apr 10, 6:54 PM by MadamEmme |

We enjoyed this once again (although obviously the London one is a lot further for us to travel, so wouldn't be able to make it every time) and enjoyed meeting new people, and having further discussions with those we had met before |

I had a great time - it was lovely to meet you all and see some of you afterwards for the meal and at Crimson. mia, x "The most difficult character in comedy is that of the fool, and he must be no simpleton that plays that part." |

It was an excellent afternoon, lots of discussion and different points of view. It did give me some real food for thought. Some areas of our relationship which I had considered 'out of bounds' and 'his vanilla' life have now been opened up. If people can talk about controlling a vote then to my mind alot of other personal stuff can be incorporated into the dynamic. We've already started working on these new aspects, new to both of us. Me in having some say/control over them and him to have someone see things in a new light. So far the completely honest communication has be emotional but rewarding. I still struggle with 'interfering' but find it a relief to tell him about parts of his life I believe he should be changing in order to get the respect he deserves. Hopefully with my help and encouragement things will get better. Thank you both . DoN't WaStE YoUR TiME On A MaN WhO Isn't WiLLiNG tO WasTe ThEiR tImE On You... |
