I had a meeting at the dungeon with a Dom who wants to put on a slave auction with the profit going to charity. Seems good Idea?

In theory yes - but with strict guidelines both to the Dom/me and sub as to limits/time/safewords etc.(and the play should be supervised) and a written agreement from each participant Another alternative - and one I've also been involved with - is a raffle -both for Dom/mes and subs - where the first name drawn has first choice of "partner" and so on for as many as are "on offer" though for this to be viable (and the one I was involved with was at Hades) there must be a large number of people present to buy tickets.

LOL - at KinkFest certain Dominants refused to enter (and it was open to both) for fear they would remain unsold - and another was upset that subs fetched more than them - (and I wasn't the one

I think that was they one where I was sold. Then the ladies who bought me didn't know what to do with me so they bought me a Domme, who didn't want me. Talk about humiliating.

At the one "slave auction" part I have attended, both doms and subs (or tops and bottoms if you prefer) were in the auction. You would nominate yourself for a specific activity for a set time limit. Eg. "10 min of otk spanking" and this could be either giving the spanking, or receiving it! At this party we were using play money, so it was easy to keep the "economy" going, and a fresh batch of people were auctioned off every hour.
