I too did my bit - 5 hours in the rain in The New Forest. It was absolutely lovely, even the sheep are friendly there

Awwwww, we missed you! We had a grand time; we had 11 Kinky Klimbers today - including 3 completely new faces. A really lovely walk out, with a good pub stop bang in the middle, lots of uproarious laughter and some actual inclines - way hay! There were even some delightful kinky route names, including Bottom Road, Bottom Wood and Longbottom Lane. Thanks for a magnificent afternoon, all.

Thanks to everyone for a nice day - was good to meet you all, and I will be there if you do an Easter walk, providing the phone does not summon me to work.

Yesterday put a big smile on my face! Although the walk was shorter than many we have done before, it reminded me that its not all about the distance we travel. Its about walking somewhere with nature all around us, crazy dogs bounding about, lots of laughter and a couple of pints. Oh yes, and mud - its definitely all about the mud!
