This made me smile, so thought I'd share.

I think there possibly wasn't a great deal of news to report on Tuesday....

Perhaps it's just me but I can't get my head round how he "got to his feet and was standing over the police officer exposing his penis and thrusting it in her face, forcing her to take evasive action to avoid getting struck."

Vertically challenged Police or this guy is blessed/cursed!
