Well as i blogged previously i was due to start injecting a new sort of medication yesterday.
im glad to report that everything went well. The injections themselves were quite painless, and no i dont wish they had been otherwise lol.
Its a regulated dose twice daily and seems to have had a positive effect already.
Because its to combat my diabetes i am keeping a very close watch now on my blood sugars. And already i am seeing a difference. Where as before i was often in double figures, yesterday i was being rewarded with readings of 7.7 and even down as far as a 7.5. Yes i know that i can still do better, but this was after all only the first day.
Only problem is that i have to inject ten minutes before breakfast, that means having to actually eat a breakfast lol. But i know that it will be for my own good in the long run.
So things on that front seem to be progressing well, and thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me in this.
