The UKTF (United Kingdom Tickling Forum) is hosting a munch with workshops and play party to celebrate it's birthday on 10th April (2010). This event has two options: munch and workshops, or munch, workshops and play party. If you want to go to the munch and workshops it costs £10 and if you want to go to munch, workshops and play party it's £20. This gets you into the venue, free food and drink (non-alcholoic only), access to the workshops and, if you've paid for the play party, access to the dungeon spaces and equipment. Please note that we are not allowing upgrades on the day and all dungeon ticket holders (those for the play party) must have someone to play with before the day. Workshops will cover how to use the dungeon furniture (compulsory for those with a dungeon ticket) and introduction to tickling techniques. The venue itself is in Walsall, covers three floors and is probably the best play space in the Midlands. The top floor is a superbly well equipped, well lit and religiously maintained dungeon space. The middle floor is a reception setup along with a couple of cages and some other toys and the ground floor is a chill out space with comfy sofas and chairs and a school room. Layout may change (or may have already changed) but I don't think he can move the walls much. The event will run from 11:00 to 18:00 with the dungeon being open for the play party from 13:00 to 18:00. If you want to attend please send a memo titled 'tickle party' to either BOFH666 or Alphano with the following information: 1) If you want a dungeon (access to dungeon, workshops and munch, £20) or regular (workshops and munch only, £10) ticket 2) If you want a dungeon ticket please say whether you have someone to play with (if you don't we will not issue you a dungeon ticket). It'd also be a real help if you'd include your first name too but if you don't want to that's fine. Everything is true ... for a given value of truth - Terry Pratchett |
