Combining the two themes of product quality control and chocolate, I had had occasion last August to complain to Mars limited.
On the wrapper, it said keep in a cool place. So I put it inside the pocket of my leather jacket, along with my Ray Bans and iPhone. The jacket was then left in the back of my '57 Chevrolet. Now how fucking cool was that ? I don't think it's possible to find somewhere more cool that that.
However, when I returned to my car that day, I was dismayed to discover that the Mars bar had melted all over the Ray Bans, iPhone, jacket and upholstery. It seems obvious that there was some sort of quality control issue, but the bastards would not admit liability.
