At least according to a friend of mine who simply refuses to watch the new movie even after we insist on how good it is :)

But it's not that good, it's kinda average, still worth watching but could have been much better.

And I vote for Picard.

You think? I love it every single time I've watched it (around 6 times to date)... and I still get uncontrollable goosebumps every time the new Enterprise is on screen in its full 1080p HD glory :)

There were a few plot holes, but what was there hit every single mark for me... the characters seemed to be having so much fun it was just infectious, and so in the spirit of the TOS of not taking itself too seriously :)

I'd still vote for Picard though - and do I take it from the above posts that I'm the only person who actually enjoyed DS9?

i think we have the same friend, my friend refused to discuss anything positive about the movie after seeing the Enterprise's power cells generated a blue glow and not orange. As for Spock, Vulcan nerve pinch and throw the sub to a gang of hungry Klingons just to observe their actions. Awesome.

lol, nope must be a different friend - he refuses to even see that much!! He just read a few forums posts (crazy forums, who'd trust them, lol) and made his decision based on that!!

Once he found out ****spoiler alert**** Vulcan gets destroyed, Kirk's Dad dies and the phaser's fire pulses and not beams he decided he wasn't going to watch!

He came over to watch Star Trek 2 last month (birthday present), and wouldn't sit down until he could see that I hadn't sneaked in the new movie instead ;)

Compared to Voyager, DS9 was a work of genius. Forget Voyager though and it's generally not too bad. Felt ripped off by them stopping the wars after a couple of battles. Just as things were getting good they would bring it to a grinding halt. Avery Brooks could have been swapped for a piece of wood through the first couple of series but he eventually warmed up later on. On the whole though I like TNG, DS9, TOS and Enterprise in that order.

I always behave. I just don't specify how.

I can't disagree with the wooden acting comment... but I think around the end of season 3 and start of season 4 with the Defiant and Worf he really started to open up.. mirroring the show itself really.

I'd also agree with your order, although I'd also have to tag Voyager onto the end as I did enjoy the show, just not as much as other Trek! Especially the Doctor, Tuvok, Seven of Nine and even B'Elenna characters - it's just a shame about Janeway's annoying voice, Neelix's annoying everything and Chakotay's obvious boredom!!

I also remember really enjoying Enterprise once the Xindi were introduced and there was a story arc to rival the Dominion wars!! The final episode really killed all my love for the show though :(

From what I heard at the time, the actors would agree.

You know they say it's always the quiet ones you have to watch? That's me.
