There isn't much thread left, but for the people who have been asking, we hope she'll be released from hospital tomorrow. They're still baffled as to how she is empying her blood of essentials as fast as they can run them back in via drip, but if they can keep her levels of vital stuffs above the dangerous level using supplements, they'll let her go back home and work out the cause of her problems as an outpatient. Unfortunately, that will mean that she'll still be hugely under-resourced in the way of essential elements in her blood, so she won't be able to go out or do the normal things of life. Thanks for everyone's kind messages. Fingers crossed... * * * |

Copypasta from Fetlife (hey, it's my words, that's not plagiarism): I'm pleased to be able to tell people that MrsG is not only out of hospital but they seem to have identified at least part of the problem she's been suffering from. It's unfortunately not a curable illness but it is at least treatable. So good news all round on that front, given that she was at risk of dying when she was re-admitted last week. So, fingers and toes crossed for finding the cause of the rest of the symptoms and hoping she responds to treatment so that she can be out and about soon. * * * |
