Any who read my blogs will have read the two blogs that i did with regards to my experiences of trying to update my car insurance.
Well Master had to do the same this morning, and i just cannot believe how easily he managed it.
He got through to a human being straight away, no buttons to press to select what service he wanted, no music blasting his ear, and straight into the nitty gritty of doing the deed.
He was on the phone for a total of 15 minutes, it took me over two hours and four different attempts.!!!
So does that mean that i am cursed and Master leads a charmed life? im not sure, however i am sure that in a few months time i am going to get his insurance companies number and renew with them instead of AVIVA.
