The trick to that is keeping the pelvis raised up for "after care". Gravity is a great roadsign for showing all those little soldiers the way.
Personaly if I unload into a woman thats the greatest show of submission I could ask for, if she then goes and leaks it out all over the place I'd be unhappy....at least keep them warm for a while.
