Like Stephen says, so long as you order early you're good. I've been to three munches and people ate at all of them, so I doubt anybody's going to point and laugh at the girl eating in a place that serves food (limited sample size, yes, but I'd rather not lie about something this trivial)

No fair enough question, the name "munch" doesn't have anything to do with eating - but you're welcome to if you're peckish. I know I am but I'm a greedy git. They started about 15 years ago and the name was nabbed from the swinging community but I'm not sure where they got it from... So basically, eat if you fancy it, don't if you don't! Kisses to all you fabioso people!

Well according to several kink books - the one that springs to mind is "Screw the Roses, Send Me the Thorns" the expression Munch comes from the US kink scene where initially folks did meet up for a meal in a vanilla setting such as a bar, so you'd be literally munching as you met other like-minded individuals. It didn't say in that book if the kinky folk stole the expression from the swinging scene - they may well have done.
Hope this helps Take me to bed and rip me apart Edited 21 Mar 10, 2:36 AM by MissAnnThropist
