I read your weblog on Sunday night and it stayed with me ever since. I wasn't sure whether a memo from me would be welcome because I don't know you very well. I have been feeling very low too for some time but, unlike me, you had good reasons to feel the way you did. I'm glad you had somebody to talk to and that you didn't take it out on yourself.
