yep....it's FRIDAY....
it just seems to happen....every week...without fail....there it is...FRIDAY....

clear blue sky.....fantastic sunshine....amazing dawn chorus at about 5:45 this morning....
Did a TEN K run in 65mins (that's just a teensy bit over 10mins per mile)....and i'm feeling fiiiiiiine...
yes, yes, i know the post run endorphins are kicking in a bit too much this morning...
...You're going to have to live with it...my working collegues are having to deal with it too.....i went out and bought EVERYone a little friday morning fairy-cake treat....yep, even the Managing Director....i gave Him the pink one with sprinkles on....
