well medications really
the new medication the doc has put me on is not compatible with the zyban..... grrrrrr damn and buggery and I really wanted to do the packing up smoking thing

Considering the really severe side effects a couple of my friends have had with Zyban, you might want to count yourself lucky there...I don't actually know anyone who's been on it successfully AND not had crippling side effects... Two roads diverged in a wood and I, I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference. (R. Frost) | ||

oh I know someone that has ..in fact th only person I have met that used it I say zyban...however zyban is off the prescription list now ...but there is a substitute I cant remember the name of . But it does the same thing
patches inhalators gume etc etc just dont seem to work for me

i gave up on Zyban ..... multi sunt vocati,pauci vero electi aka boobookittyfuck .... the little scratch on the roof of your mouth that would heal if only you could stop tonguing it, but you can't. | ||

There is a treatment for stopping smoking out now, its called willpower try it sometime. | ||

:P I like a fag ..but I know its not good ... and its costing a fortune I have a very strong relationship with my fags 30 yrs worth .... if it was as simple for me as will power I would have given up long ago and believe me I have tried over the years

champix....Edge took it and he was a heavy smoker and he quitted with that. He also went to the nhs help groups which helped aswell. See what you doc says  | ||

I gave up using Champix, I was smoking for 27 years(ish) I believe Champix is now the preferred medication as it can be taken along other meds, but your doc or cessation nurse will tell you more.
