I clicked onto the Manchester munch chatroom one night only to find i was talking to myself as usual lol... I know the IC munch chatroom is popular, but wondered if anyone from the Northwest (in this case ) bothers with the local chatroom. Seems a shame to have it and not use it... Maybe one evening, i could invite a chat perhaps? hahah! That is when im awake of course... The challenge is to be yourself, in a world that is trying to make you like everyone else...... | |||

in the 4 years i have been on IC, as one personna or another, i have never seen the 'local' chatrooms used, well apart from when the main chat room is so full it's nigh on impossible to hold a 'conversation' ... so generally it's the main chatroom (which is welcoming and friendly and mad as a box of frogs at times!) and if you wish to, a breakaway group into a local chatroom methinks  Just my tuppence worth | |||

I have been in the same situation as you... clicked onto the manchester chatroom, to find no one there  i rarely check the chatroom, i find memoing or chatting 1 2 1 with someone easier. | |||

i saw someon in the edinghburh chatroom this morning on there own i think i have seen the local chat rooms used very rarely people want to talk to people all over i guess | |||

Ok point taken. Well heres the deal, for anyone who can be arsed... If you see me on me lonesome in the manchester chatroom come and say hello! We just might start a new kink! It might make a difference if it were possible to open more than one chat room at a time, like some other sites. Then people wouldn't feel like they were missing something by having to close the main chatroom down before entering the local one. Just a thought Happy chatting

Yes of course, but it is not the same as having both chat rooms open in the same window, having to switch between tabs to see if anything interesting has been said. Not that I am an expert on chatrooms or anything. I don't frequent such places ....honestly.

Just open up two browser windows and decrease their size so they sit next to each other on your screen. Admin
