I certainly have to agree what is written on this page.

Another tip I have is to go food shopping after you have eaten that way you are not tempted to buy any 'treats' as you will turn away from most of them as you feel to full.

On the Eighth Day.The Lord invented internet shopping, and it was good. There was much rejoicing and the waving of flags,as the women-folk would not have to waste valuable time poncing around Asda/Tescos and Sainsburys!!! Pour me anothe coffee!! xx

If that is the case why are the supermarkets full of sleepy, lethargic people (mostly females) that really just want to look at things while slowing down the people who are in the place to do what it is there for SHOPPING? :-)

If it wasn't for those people I could get in and out of the supermarket within 20 minutes with a full weeks shopping. Oh not forgetting those idiots who after queuing at the checkout for a while, and after packing their bags are befuddled by the fact they have to pay for the shopping as well.

There is a fine line between sanity and insanity. I have a foot firmly planted either side of that line :-D

Is your shopping style to go exclusively for the half a mammoth with a packet of razors without fail every week or do you like more variety in your diet? Variety that comes from selecting different foods, thinking how the ingredients would work together, seeing what is best on the day and fresh.

We're not that far changed from being hunter gatherers.
