Changes in life are inevitable that i know. Sometimes the changes are easy to deal with and sometimes they are difficult. As with all things it depends on how we approach these changes that determines how we manage to cope with them.
My life has changed a great deal over the last four years, changes that have brought me so much happiness i have to pinch myself sometimes to reassure myself that this is reality.
Now i have another rather large change coming in my life, one that i know that i have to deal with positively and not negatively. To be negative will mean losing so much that i cannot allow myself the luxury of bad thoughts. No rather i will be positive, supportive and accept what the future will bring.
