Hi
I have a friend (who can't post, for obvious reasons!) who has a dead PC. He's got some rather dodgy stuff on it so is hoping there might be someone who fixes PCs within the Yorkshire scene who may be able to help.
If you're that kind of useful person, could you please drop me a memo and I'll pass your details on?
He lives in the Liversedge/Heckmondwyke area but would be able to travel within Yorkshire.
Many thanks

Yorkshire has had rivers for ages. But then we've always been ahead of the game. Shame I still don't live there or I'd have been able to help out. However, this post did get me looking at Google maps to see how far away Heckmondwyke is from where I used to live, and it seems like my old house now has a conservatory on the back. I always behave. I just don't specify how. | |

Check the power line, right back to the wall socket. If he is running off a socket bar with many sockets in use it could be a fuse has gone in one of them. Has he checked this? |
