No I'm not on about that thing that apparently goes on, on those sites over the Atlantic.
And I'm not on about the procreation of the human race. It can breed itself into extinction, I won't be around to see it.
No I'm talking about something far more important to the entire universe.
How the hell do you breed chocolate?
I've got a cupboard full of the stuff and it only increases when I put more in. I've tried romantic music like Iron Maiden and Metallica. The candle light was more successful as some of the chocolate got really smooth and when I checked back later there seemed to be a wet spot, although it turned out to be just melted chocolate.
I'm hoping one day to get up a good breeding program where I can develop a range of different breeds that will be suitable for all occasions. I'm I'm thinking that maybe a mix of Wispa Gold and Flake would be a good place to start. Crumbly chocolate with little pockets of air but all held together with a luscious caramel centre.
But the possibilities are almost endless, although all fruit and nut based chocolates will be neutered and cast out into the wilds to take care of themselves.
So if anyone has any good advice for breeding chocolate then let me know.
Oh and I will be breeding some with popping candy.

I'll help! Okay, so I've never been involved in chocolate product development, but I know enough about it to give it a good bash! I'm afraid the chocolate and popping candy has already been done though... XxX

I know it's been done, but it's not that readily available. And they ain't big enough anyway. Wonka bars were good, but then vanished off. There needs to be a better supply and imagine what could be made when breeding various chocolates and popping candy. I always behave. I just don't specify how.

they breed werther originals and chocolate, so it can be done. I think it is your music taste that is holding up the mating process it is better to bend, then to break Edited 24 Feb 10, 7:52 PM by Helen_Back

They had to do that the make the Werther's Originals edible. And what's not romantic about Iron Maiden? Still, I might break out the big guns and use Therapy's Infernal Love album. I always behave. I just don't specify how.

i have loads of left over choccie from xmas left in the fridge, but i haven't checked it to see if they are copulating. Maybe, if i open the fridge really quickly in the middle of the night and surprise them i might catch them up to something! kiti Nice things come in small packages...but so does poison!

Much like pandas, chocolate is useless at breeding.
