Yes it's that time again! We were very impressed with the turnout at the last Fab munch, and it looks like a lot of people like the idea of having it on the 4th Saturday from now on. So, we will be meeting once again this coming Saturday, 27th February at the Fab Cafe, Portland Street, Manchester. Click here for a map to the Fab Cafe
We seem to have almost become the default 'newbies munch' for Manchester, so if you are new and nervous, don't be. You probably won't be the only one.
The Fab Cafe will be of course offering its usual menu of everything your mum used to feed you when she couldn't be bothered cooking. Aaahhh, the nostalgia of crispy pancakes and spam. Not to mention enough geek memorabilia to guarantee you say "Oooo! I had one of those!" at least once.
Due to our date change, we will now be taking place the day before one of Manchester's best BDSM clubs, The Kage. At least a couple of Fab munchers will be attending the Kage the next day, so if you haven't been before, this would be a good chance to meet some people and make sure there are a couple of familiar faces when you get there.
Add to that our fabulous raffle, cheap bar, and the fact that there's only football on telly that day anyway, and you have to come! See you all there. | |

A couple of people have memo'd asking if the Fab Cafe is actually open on the 27th, as they have been shut for some refurbishments. While they are still shut to the general public for the moment, they are going to be open just for us this Saturday.  Apparently there have been some changes, and they hope we like them - we can but hope for a St Andrews Cross and a spanking bench, I suppose... Manchester FAB Munch | |
