O&P meet - Agenda
OK, Agenda is a bit formal, but, another post asked for suggested topics. Here are a few I'd like to air:
D/s in a vanilla context - how do we keep the dynamic going outside the privacy of our homes?
Ritual - making it work, making it real.
A two way street? Who gets what from the relationship?
Domestic routine - how do we live, who does what?
Just a few thoughts - hope they are helpful.
Best to all.

I'm so excited about this!
Great thoughts for discussions. I particularly like how Ds/O&P work in vanilla land and the topic of rituals.
I wonder if 'limits and limitations' might be a good topic too. Where control cannot be had over parts of someone's life, for example.

Your latter is apposite but difficult for us. I share c_b - and she endeavours to be the best she can for me when I have custody - but lives differently elsewhere. Making this work isn't easy. Patience is bitter - but its fruit is sweet.

I think that's why O&P works so well as a concept. It acknowledges limitations and parameters (how odd that it's not 'parametres').
No it's not easy, but things rarely are. To quote the over-quoted Mark Twain:
| December is the toughest month of the year. Others are July, January, September, April, November, May, March, June, October, August, and February.

Edited for spelling "Passion should believe itself irresistible. It should forget civility and consideration and all the other curses of a refined nature. Above all, it should never ask for leave where there is a right of way."

Looking forward to this very much. It will be interesting to see what tips I can pick up (and hopefully) offer!

I'd like to discuss extending D/s into the outside world too.
and if it would interest others

I would quite like to talk about others experiences of "when real life gets in the way" - e.g. work stresses, family difficulties, illness etc - how we can still carry on, for our D/s to make us stronger (which hopefully it does most of the time) |

This...This is something I would like to explore too. He looked into My eyes, and I almost died. Then I remembered what I was and half killed him.

Very relevant to us: good call. Patience is bitter - but its fruit is sweet.
