And tonight was my first ever experience of public play. Okay, I admit it - I am a complete wuss, so it was never going to be particularly hard play, but it was great to explore a new side of things and open up to new experiences.
The best part of the night hands down was seeing an amazing couple enjoying a gathering of their friends to celebrate their relationship, but more importantly seeing them celebrate their own relationship. I know I am not the only one who is genuinely over the moon for them.
It was an amazing night getting together with people I am proud to call my friends, and meeting some of the fabulous people from IC who up until then had simply been "profiles" - it was a pleasure to meet each and every one of you.
Such an amazing venue too. I couldn't believe somewhere as fabulous as that was basically on my doorstep. The owners and maids were an absolute delight - they somehow manage to get the perfect balance between welcoming their guests and actually taking the time to stop and chat as "real people". Have no idea how they managed it - but they do it amazingly well! Anyway, it's definitely made me want to get out and about more!
A seriously happy, sore and contented Jules wishing you all very sweet dreams...

Sore - most definitely, but to be completely honest it's where I cut my finger when trying to open the false eyelashes that hurts the most! XxX

I'm gutted I missed that - although I really need to consider my stance on the violet wand - "it's the wrong type of pain" but damn it looks fabulous to watch! Oh, and can you purlease remind me where you got your beautiful corset from? Not that I'm going to go out and try and but an identical one or anything... XxX
