Afro Celt Sound System - excellent choice. Saw them live a few years ago and it works beautifully in a scene. Although many of the other suggestions are good too. “During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act” - George Orwell

Quite a few tracks by Tool work for me "What business is it of your's what I do, read, buy, see or take into my body as long as I don't harm another human being whilst on this planet? And for those of you having a little moral dilemna on how to answer this, I'll answer for you. NONE OF YOUR F**KING BUSINESS" - Bill Hicks

I don't normally hear what's going on around me so music is not in my thoughts, however, one quiet Saturday AM no kids around, I decided she needed a little flogging. Radio playing in the background (Arrow Rock) and one of my favourite tunes came on and I found myself flogging her in time to Teenage Kicks by The Undertones. Discovered it has a very good beat (pun intended naturally) A man who views the world the same at fifty as he did at twenty has wasted thirty years of his life.

I'm fascinated by the music playing as background in this video clip (the woman very properly is wielding not receiving the lash). Does anyone know what this music is?

I have to add my two pennies here and suggest Leave a Scar by Marilyn Manson. "If you're not afraid of getting hurt, then I'm not afraid of how much I hurt you" is one line that springs to mind. Fantastic, sleazy beat, too. Ideal for a nice slow, dirty warm up. |
