Is there such a thing as a pro sub? If not I think I may have found my niche!

Yes but I think they are on the whole female. Reality is only a Rorschach ink-blot, you know...

Yes and there is one who springs to mind immediately due to the eloquence of her posts, Tara Red and I know she is not the only one. M Space travels in my blood. And there ain't nothing I can do about it.

I suspect due to supply and demand issues you would always get more need for male submissive to pay for female dommes than male dominants needing to pay to find a submissive woman.

Well, there's an outside chance that you might be able to get a man to pay to dominate you, but even if that happens to be your cup of tea, I wouldn't get your hopes up. As for getting a woman to pay to dominate you, I think that's probably about as realistic a prospect as getting an electrician to pay to re-wire your house.

This thread on the Pro forum might help you. http://www.informedconsent.co.uk/posts/254676/ Maybe they just dont use IC? or have better ways of marketing themselves. Most of the Pro's on IC have already said that they use this website as a form of keeping in contact with friends etc... and not realy for business. Im sure there is more pro-subs than people think, one of the clubs i frequent have 3 that assist with scenes etc.. I think if your BI you might have a greater appeal or possibly double up with others Group sessioning is something im researching at the moment. If your interested then go for it, listen to all the advise (good & bad). Maybe in 6 months you can write a blog about how things have developed etc as im sure it would make for interesting reading. Theres alot of good advice in the PRO forum, spend sometime reading through the threads, if you have a local dungeon or know pro's dom or sub approach them for advice.
Out of interest what is your "NICHE" is it just offering yourself as a SUB? Thats pritty much what most submissive males do on here and for FREE so your master plan might need some more planning

Youd think eh! but just look at how many people post just on this site about being let down, disappointed, people not turning up or not actually able to follow through with what they say they are interested in. Some females and males are not looking for anything other than to carryout their kink without any emotional attachment. Location might be an issue as with age and experience, they might be learning and looking for direction and guidance, an experienced pro sub would be an ideal person for someone to learn how to use toys and techniques so that when the client does find a suitable partner that a relationship is formed they have gained experience themselves. Sometimes its just a quicker and easier way of getting what they realy want without all the drama and disappointment you just have to look at the escort industry. Not all submissive males will offer sexual pleasure or partake in certain sexual scenes, not all will play at the level the client is looking for. I know people who play maybe several times a year because finding a suitable partner is near impossible because they have a certain need or the intensity they play at most find uncomfortable. When i used to swing and went to pre-arranged parties the number of GUYS who nevered turned up was amazing. Females unlike men wont openly admit to PAYING for services but they do i used to escort so im talking from experience.
Looks are less important as its the services offered that people are paying for "it does help though The whole pro concept gets alot of bad press but i know if i was single had a particular need a pro would be something i would look into. Especially if i wanted to learn, was private and wanted to keep it that way. Out of all the people into BDSM im sure theres only a small percentage that actually go to munches/clubs/events etc. Like any business if you work hard at at are good at what you do you will gain the rewards it just might take longer or be harder. Im sure pro-dom/mmes go through this as well

i don;t get where this idea that there are very few dommes about. from what i find there are more female dommes about than female subs. mind the pro subs ive heard off do offer a very limited amount off services for obvious reasons. for the market for men in those sectors i wouldn;t know your best off speaking to jahc i can't think of anything to say here

If there were sexy, intelligent, well spoken, good looking, cute, reasonably priced bi boys I might consider for the odd bit of no strings, discreet fun, but it wouldn't be a regular occurrence. And most pro's tend to need regulars to ensure a decent income. *insert silly text or moneymaking link of choice here* |
