Sorry to put it this way but any one who has not seen this show, ether live or on TV (a couple of years age) has not lived.
Well I had better reword that a little better, Any of the Cirque Du Soleil shows are out of this world.
And I am a very lucky girl because my lovely husband has just got us 3 tickets for the show in Manchester at the end of Feb, really dose my birthday never stop this month, He has well and truly treated me ( will not go into list he has givern me) for my Birthday this year.
YES I know its the thought that counts and he believe me has done nothing but think of me this year, I have been through some really hard times and he is always there for me.
I have been before to London to see this show (well same company different show) after seeing it on TV, my beloved mother and I loved it so much on TV we was treated to a weekend in London to go see it, at the Royal Albert Hall.
Yes I am Very Very happy to be going, but at the same time how much am I going to cry thinking the last time I watched the Cirque Du Soleil was the last show and weekend away with my very missed beloved mum.
Yes I know, chin up and remember the good times with a happy heart, only any one who has lost anyone who means as much to me as my mother did Know it is easier said than done.
Miss you mum and will enjoy the show with the next generation thinking off you of course.

I understand the 'easier said than done' darling. Most of my immediate family are gone including my parents when it was way too soon. What I will say though is this. As the years went by, my sister and I began to laugh more often than cry when we remembered the crazy antics we got up to, the silly things we did and said. The happy memories are far outweighing the bad.
I have read so much about the Cirque du Soleil that I am not surprised in the slightest you are so excited!! A wonderful birthday weekend you are going to have | ||

couldnt agree more - when in vegas managed to watch 'O' (the stage was actually a diving tank, multi level) and Mystere... absolutely breath taking... in fact words cant come close to describing how fantastic it was - yes the tickets were expensive but definately worth it... have a wonderful time x "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, scotch in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ~ "WOO HOO what a ride!"" | ||

That it I will have to look that one up. I have found a clip of the one that was on TV a good 7 8 years ago and it was La Nouba Disney i think did it , but it is the one with a building and the floor is full of tramaleans. | ||

I was taken to see "Varekai" by cirque du soleil in January at the Royal Albert Hall. Absolutely awesome show and would love to see more! Have fun hun! Sometimes your joy is the source of your smile, but sometimes your smile can be the source of your joy. |
