Do some research into hypnosis, read up on what it actually can and can't do to settle your fears.

I'd say you have a classic case of two unrelated things happening simultaneously, and finding out for yourself what hypnosis is capable of should settle your mind.

It could be that you were on the computer too long, need glasses, or simply have a sinus infection or a head cold.

There's an awful lot of misunderstanding around about what hypnosis is and isn't, and what it might be used for.

i s'pose i should apologise for the train of thought that inspired my last post. Hypno sites are a favourite for transgender....i noted your postcode...and for some reason thought you were trans.

Not entirely true, i was hypnotised on holiday and after falling of the chair i was made to sit on my head FUCKING HURT

I think part of the problem is that I have Asperger's, so I often get worried about things that I shouldn't.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's almost certain that it's just a coincidence. Try a couple of painkillers and a lie down in a dark room. Or go for a brisk walk. Either should help
