Don't emigrate! I survived one year in Evje. The language sucks (don't you know there are TWO forms of Norwegian used as 'a blend'...), everything is horrendously expensive, their administration is at best described as pedestrian and outside of Oslo no BDSM at all.

If BDSM is classiefied as a mental illness, what are the real world effects - eg can you be sectioned?
