Agree. If your crime against society is such that you are locked up, then you also have to forfeit your right to the same freedoms as the rest of society.

Potentially the only prisoners who should possibly have the right to vote rescinded would be those who are considered to have committed crimes against society as a whole - i.e. treason and/or terrorism - inasmuchas they have obviously rejected the basic tenets of that society. But otherwise, be you an axe-murderer, burglar or drug dealer you should be allowed to have a say in society as a whole.
