ah, the typical IC discussion... KS can invite whomever they want.
I'll try to make it on the 13th but can't promise I will :/
Sounds like it's going to be a fantastic party ------

It's NOT a private party, as people have already pointed out. And it's being touted publically both here and on facebook.
Just out of interest, would this be ok to you?
we're mostly made up of white people, though we admit anyone who fulfills ...
All I've done is change the type of discrimination.
As somebody said earlier, anyone who provides a reference to sit in a fucking ball pond doing colouring-in, instantly gets 10/10 on the numpty scale and shouldn't be let in

It can still be a private party, doesn't matter where it's advertised. “Some people never go crazy, What truly horrible lives they must live”

I'll await L_L's definition of what constitutes a private party. But advertising it on Facebook, Twitter, LFS and here really doesn't *look* private to anybody.
However, you apprear to have dodged answering my question regarding if it would be OK in your eyes to advertise it as a party for "whites" instead of under 35's - or did that make you feel unconfortable? Are you ok about ageist discrimination and not racist?

There is a well known sex party that doesn't allow gay male activity at their party. There's a public sex toy shop that doesn't allow men into their store unaccompanied.
It's not uncommon to have rules about this sort of thing, and I *believe* that there's a law about the intimate nature of sexuality such rules can and do exist.
Regardless, MissP, I've made clear multiple times now about fucking up the wording, and how we've changed it to reflect better what we want. At this point, you don't have an argument, because the law would say "but there are people over 35 here" and, well, that would be that.
::shrug::
If you want to keep at it at this point you can feel free, but people actually interested in this party, please memo me directly. I'm not reading this thread anymore. "I can't tell if you're playing some kind of feminazi mind fuck game on me or if you're trying to seduce me." -Sex and Death 101

Because if you can't criticise somebody for what they've said why not criticise them for what they didn't say, right? “Some people never go crazy, What truly horrible lives they must live”

So you thought you'd add your own brand of discrimination to the pile. Fairy 'nuff.

I and indeed lots of others posters on this thread do have an argument, because the law would say that even if there are over 35s there, you've discriminated against them. And continue to do so. Hopefully though, most over 35s would have more sense than to go where they are actively not wanted.
Changing your wording a bit hasn't changed your intentions.

Then perhaps you'll want to read the LFS thread. It hasn't gone down well their either.
As I said before, good luck with it, I'm all in favour of new events.
