O&P meet up? (Sat 6th March) (29)

Now there are so many people here, I think it would be good to try for one (or more) face-to-face meet ups aimed at
people interested in O&P-D/s-M/s relationships.
Since there are so many munches already, I think we should avoid just duplicating the munch format. A few years ago I organised a TSR meeting in London which was mostly "social" time plus a big round-table discussion about D/s and M/s topics that had been suggested beforehand. Something similar, that's informal but not completely munch-like might work well again, not least because it should be worthwhile travelling to.
For locations, I'd like to try organising one in Manchester - say in a month's time? (Sat 6th of March) If there's sufficient demand, then I'd hope people would organise one-off events themselves in other parts of the country.
Does that sound interesting? Anyone have more ideas or suggestions about events?
Regards,
Tanos

I'd be interested in coming along, but I think as with all of these things, I kind of feel under qualified and under experienced.

Please don't! Face to face, these kinds of discussions are much more about how people like to deal with things rather than "The Right Way".

Does it have to be a sunday? That would make it difficult for those of us that live some distance away that may like to attend such an event, well depending upon the time of course. ~* Raku wa ku no tané; ku wa raku no tané.

Interested in principle, but can't make the date in question. "Morality, like art, means drawing a line someplace." - Oscar Wilde

I was thinking about avoiding Saturdays with existing local munches - which means all Saturdays really
But if Saturday afternoon rather than Sunday makes a big difference to people travelling, it could be worth it.

this should chime nicely with me finishing up a ten day silent retreat in herefordshire, so since i'm already half way to manchester i'll try and get along. i may be insufferably beatific, mind some days it's hardly worth chewing through the leather straps

I think the Sunday clashes with the Sheffield munch but I think I'd still travel to this anyway |
