I had someone able to message me on MSN despite not being on my friends' list (I even went in and checked), despite the fact that I had everyone not on my friends' list blocked (I rechecked that as well), and I couldn't manually block him, I got an error each time. He seemed vaguely okay (I tried to find out who the heck he was), but kept trying to chat to me even when I told him to eff off... Eventually after about 3 weeks of ignoring every message he sent, he went away. But that was WEIRD!
