Our 1st Birthday Spectacular is the biggest one yet, take 2 of the biggest twisted cabaret stars in the world Natsumi Scarlett & The Vivid Angel, add the amazing DJ talents of Torture Garden's Allen TG & David TG & a fashion show from Adixxtion Designs to our regular line-up of resident performers, traders & DJ's Karnter, Pagan Flame & DarkRAGE.....and you have a hell of a night on your hands !
• Mat Fraser ~ Standing in for our resident Rosie Lugosi for one event only, we present to you this internationally famous actor, comedian & compère, with his unique brand of extremely un-pc outrageous humour - (please don't worry though, Rosie will be back from May for the rest of 2010)
• The Vivid Angel ~ TG resident & International Twisted Cabaret Star "The Queen of Alternative Performance & the Ultimate Showgirl" (Bizarre Magazine)
• Natsumi Scarlett ~ International Burlesque Artiste & Heresy n Heelz Resident
• Sideshow & walkabout performances inside & out with fire/poi spinning from Spankalicious plus Usherette Fetish Model Bea Sinful with her tray of free sweetie treaties for all
The event features a "Best Dressed Guest" competition voted by the audience, and with over £600 in prizes and free event tickets on offer, you won't really need much encouragement to "Dress to Impress" ~ Prizes include tickets for Heresy n Heelz & Delicious Burlesque Festival, £100 clothing voucher from Adixxtion Designs & Libidex + goodies from the traders & free tickets to Torture Garden ! We have 8 carefully selected traders tempting you with a diverse range of clothing, footwear & accessories both in a dedicated market room managed by Adixxtion Designs & also in the main club arena itself. The event will be held at The Asylum Venue, Hampton Street, Birmingham B19 3LS opening at 9pm with first act on stage at 11pm, the doors close strictly at 12pm and the event runs till 4am. Advance tickets are available from We Got Tickets Box Office ~ £10 Early Bird SOLD OUT ~ Std advance ticket £12 ~ Pay on door £15 We insist on a strict dress code for the event which will consist of :
There will be no casual, streetwear, sportswear or nudity allowed & if you are not dressed appropriately, you will not be allowed in & no refunds will be given. The venue is all on one level so has full disabled access Strictly No Photography without a Press Pass - full consent for publication will be obtained prior to anyones photo being taken
As a further service to guests, we will have a professional photo studio installation operated by Image Red Studios who can print your pictures on the night ! This is a dance, social & entertainment event celebrating the varied cultures within the fetish, gothic & burlesque communities. We have decided that there will be no dungeon equipment or "play" permitted, this is in order to offer an alternative to a "play club" & appeal to the broadest range of guests. We hope that this will serve as a gateway to the many other types of events which the fetish scene offers. Please leave your toys at home (unless you want to bring him/her with you !) and come & meet new & old friends in a glamorous environment with quality entertainment & great music

Performance & Guest pictures now online from Jan 2010 Heresy n HeelzThe event pictures from Karl Bright are now on our Heresy n Heelz Myspace Photo Albums and there will be further albums coming in the next couple of days from the guys at Image-Red Studio's. A special mention must go to Best Dressed Competition winner Michelle (below furthest to your right) with a stunning Victorian wedding outfit, and all the other winners & contestants for some fantastic outfits (how many amazing latex outfits ? !) - they just get better and better as we go....and not forgetting an incredible performance from Dr & the Medics frontman, the legendary Dr Clive The arrival in Birmingham of Torture Garden at our 1st Birthday event on 27th March should bring the stunning outfits out in style though...can't wait !

This is going to be a great night, like the last TG appearance at H and H which truly rocked, only several degrees better as the venue is so much more user friendly. I can't wait. As this event is crossover into burlesque without play, it is also ideal to invite your not-quite-kinky-but-curious friends along for a taster of life on the wilder side, though remember they have to dress up! Mat Fraser seems to have a big following too. seeking the ordinary and the extraordinary |
