Boy gets abused. Goes to some magic school. Harry Potter in a nutshell.
I wouldn't place myself in the same league as Will Shakespeare or J K Rowling, although I do manage to set a scene and explain feelings better than TheBanker.
Projecting, Admin? What's wrong with that? A few of your members seem well read and can put a good point across. For what it's worth, I am all for well-written opinions no matter how vehement and disagreeable they are towards me. I find myself feeling sorry, though, for unfortunates who struggle to remain coherent and choose to resort to abuse. Everyday life must be quite a battle.
How about a section where members can “project”? Not everyone can write brilliantly, but if the ideas are there, people will want to read.
Admin, if you consider this idea, I will never ever again post a mundane projected public transport-related tale. What say you?
Besides, who needs boring old trains when you've got phone boxes, fast food restaurants and don't even get me started on pet shops….
