The extreme pornography law defines extreme as:

An image falls within this subsection if it portrays, in an explicit and realistic way, any of the following—

  • an act which threatens a person's life,
  • an act which results, or is likely to result, in serious injury to a person's anus, breasts or genitals,
  • an act which involves sexual interference with a human corpse, or
  • a person performing an act of intercourse or oral sex with an animal (whether dead or alive),

and a reasonable person looking at the image would think that any such person or animal was real.

So does this class as extreme pornography? I mean he doesn't threaten her life, it's an accident ;).

I don't know what's right and what's real any more

Probably not but if you live anywhere near North Mold I'd be careful even watching a Frosties advert....

Nah! That's comedy :-) Doesn't the purpose of the material have to be to arouse or something?

It has to appear that way, yes; remember you might still risk arrest from police who evidently have no sense of humour and are inept enough to do things like listening without sound turned on ;)

I'm aroused by the 'knife demo' scene in Magicians :-D

Is that why your partner was laughing on the rack on saturday night? Make it funny and it's not illegal. I like the idea :-D.

I don't know what's right and what's real any more

Well this is a very debatable point because who decides whether something is 'arousing' or not given that we all have differences in what makes us aroused. What makes me aroused would definitely be a turn off for most people.
