A cracking start, we managed to park right opposite the venue, less than 2 minutes walk. Boasted about this to friends we'd arranged to meet there - only to find they'd parked inside the church grounds. Oh well, LMAO!
No queues. Always welcome when it's frigging freezing outside. Nice welcome from the box office ladies, and straight in, no hassles. People there giving directions. Bumped straight into friends as we ascended the spiral staircase.
Bar - well stocked and reasonably priced (I thought). Red wine drinkable. Ample staffing, no problems at all.
Couples room - went in, and it was almost floodlit. Commented to Warlock and Oh Ingrid, as I though it was very offputting - in fact, it was lighter IN the couples room than outside. Ten minutes later, Ingrid comes seeking me, and tells me it's been rectified. What a result, and well done on the follow up too. Full marks. More full marks for it being kept to just couples etc, no wanky men. And we made use of it laster 
Music. Hmmmm. I am never going to like that kinda music, but I'm 43, and I appreciate that the, errrr "younger ones" do. But it was at a very acceptable level, so full marks again. No yelling at the person next to you, which invariably irritates the hell outta me.

Kit. Quality and plentiful. It was a slow starter last night, but by midnight, all the kit was in good use. Lots of lovely play. Was too late to see Maria and Steve's branding demo, but did see lots of Esinem's ropery, and that was brill, as always.

Loos - freezing, but they were near the smoking area, which was really fffffkin freeezing, LOL. Latex and outdoors in January really don't mix!
