I just finished Bioshock, my first shooty type game, and i'm feeling rather pleased with myself. I'm now going to do some work before I get sucked into Bioshock 2.

What ending did you get?

Good ending!! Couldn't bring myself to harvest the little sisters, screw the eve. Rescuing them in the second game too, not enjoying being a big daddy much though.

Should have given you the option to be a Big Mummy too?

I must admit I never really gave Bioshock 1 a chance after playing the demo and the framerate giving me motion sickness..... not the kind of punishment I like for playing a game I must admit lol.

I'm considering trying it again though and hoping the final retail product was more optimised?

I'd agree though, there's no chance I could harvest the little sisters..... I'm struggling to even earn any Renegade points on Mass Effect too!!

Haha! Take that game engine, not any more I'm not! Legendary is finished.

I'll grant you, that's primarily because the Scarabs seem a bit glitched on Mission 14, and seem to sit there pointing the wrong way while you pile out Cobras to kill them, but still.

Never played Halo Wars either, but tempted as my first slice of console RTS - how did it play, and did you try it in co-op?

I haven't found the time to play it yet but I keep meaning to as it got some pretty good reviews, I think it's well worth a try and it'll be in the bargain bins by now.

I finally got my grubby hands on God Of War III earlier so that'll hopefully put a big grin on my face later.

I'm doing alright lately with games, managed to platinum my 3rd successive game over the weekend with Assassin's Creed 2, it was good, but the ending was a bit WTF to me.

Depression is really just anger without enthusiasm.

Not done any co-op yet. None of my real life XBL mates have it, and generally trying to find randoms on live to play co-op games is a bit of a disaster as they turn out to be asshats. I remember being scared for life by some dickhead repeatedly shooting up the rest of the team with a rocket launcher for some perceived slight while we were trying to get the Deja Vu achievement on ODST.

Playing MW2 and defying physics at it.

I both suck and blow.

You have 20 seconds to comply!

I might just do that - see what I'm missing, although a friend of mine said Bio 2 was a bit disappointing in comparison?

God of War looks awesome, I'm envious it's not on the 360 though (even though I have a PS3) but am planning to finish Bayonetta and Darksiders before I give it a try.

I know what you mean, I tried co-op on Gears a few years back with strangers on Live, and have given that idea up ever since!!

Thankfully I help moderate an xbox website (running friendly leagues etc.) so have a fair few really decent "Live" friends as well as real world gamers (including a brother in law I managed to convert from the dark side, lol!!) so if a game is worth playing it shouldn't be too hard to find a co-op buddy.

That reminds me I really ought to try and organise another Firefight night on ODST - Halo is one game that is simply made for co-op :) (any luck on getting that Deja Vu achievement?)

Got Deja Vu, it's lucky it's easy because it still took us hours with that cock.

Still need Endure and the other Firefight achievements though.
