After a long time i am once more in a Dom/sub relationship. I am badly out of pract5ice. Since my husband died 2 1/2 years ago i have not had to answer to anyone and it takes a bit of getting used to. Sir was very cross with me yesterday as i had left my phone in one of the bedrooms and he had phoned me 6 times. There was a text after 3 calls and another after 4. Then there were peoples reaction to seeing me in true sub mode and not just when having a flogging etc. Many were surprised as they thought i was a Domme.
I had so many mixed emotions. I was upset because i had made Sir cross with me. Then knowing i was to be punished publicly and knowing my limitations was concerned i would show myself up and let Sir down. I am not good with a cane. Except when wielding it lol.
I was proud to be there with Sir as his sub, but concerned my behaviour would make him think he was wasting his time. I am not used to answering to someone. Being told i was being cheeky when telling people to stop giggling when i was ordered to do something. Trouble is i am a cheeky sub and i know as before i will pay for it. I am cheeky though not bratty.
I am amazed at the speed things have happened as i don't usually let things develop so quickly. Within a space of 9 days i met someone became his sub spent time with him at home and at our first party as Dom and sub. We are still finding out things about each other but despite the tears yesterday, the mixed emotions, the feelings of confusion i still have a big grin on my face. I had to go to Runcorn after the party yesterday and at the meeting today was told i was looking good and very happy. I told them there was a new man in my life but not what sort of relationship we had although there were 2 there i suspect would understand lol.
So today i wear my marks and bruises with pride, i am content that i have a Dom with whom i tick all his boxes and look forward to more good times together. Thank you Milord Quintain xxxx

Lady For thar I will call you here as many know you as switch an Domme. Some say that a Master should not so publically praise his property. That somehow it is a sign of weakness. That is foolish for I believe a good Dom is more than anything a teacher and a good teacher both chastises and praises. By doing BOTH publically he/she not only encourages their sub/slave to do better but also shows others what may be expected of them and thus help other slaves/subs learn too how to best be with their Masters. Thus Lady you should be proud, not of your mistakes but the way you showed how, at least in my opinion, a true sub should be. The agony and concern and remorse brought by my displeasure. Then the apologies the contritness and the misery. Then the willing acceptance of punishment and submission in public. For these reasons alone I say that your submission should be a beacon to others who by following your actions could learn to be as good and true a sub as you. Afinal note (do i hear sighs of relief?!) to those who know and love Lady and I know there are many. Although she has submitted to me she is still a switch - something I approve of and am happy that she continue. So beware! Regards MILORD QUINTAIN | |||

And Ann - It's completely understandable for you to have mixed emotions, as Mike would say just ride the wave darling, you will soon reach the shore. However I am pleased you are still smiling, and enjoying your marks with pride!

obviously there is a lot of it about. But I know two subs who will find that being cheeky does have its rewards, or punishments, depending on your point of view. I'll save up the punishments for my sub till 4th February, but I am sure Q will act sooner *evil grin*

Yes there is a lot of it about as i know a certain switch who when in sub mode can be just as cheeky. Well, well. It certainly sounds to me that a switch is becoming more confident with his Dom personae. I will be certainly happy to chat with you sometime soon lj. By the way - like the "Q"! Very 007, Think I'll keep that...

I was going to say I need to look to you as an example, as I couldn't take a public punishment and the cane! *SHUDDERS* ..... then you go and get the giggles!! Naughty girl.
