Chastity advice (10)

This post is on the SM/Bondage/Fetish web board.

My Mistress and I have talked about me being put into chastity, and having had a look at the available devices on the internet, the birdlock looks the best to me http://www.birdlocked.com/male_chastity_device/m... - light, comfortable and looks like it can genuinely be worn 24/7 (i.e. not removed for cleaning, going to the gym, etc). But before I fork out 100 quid for one, has anyone got experience of this type of chastity device? Does it meet the criteria above? Also, is it genuinely impossible to get out of, even when very flaccid? (Although I guess that may depend on your size!)

I tried one, ok for play but not 24/7 it's very easy to get out of (and I wouldn't be classed as small).

Oh I see... Perhaps a better question to have asked is can anyone recommend a good device that is comfortable for 24/7 wear, in a practical sense (i.e., not needing to take off to clean, is not obvious under clothes, can be left on when going to the gym, etc - I've heard a lot about the CB types being quite uncomfortable for many people), but is also very secure. I work away from home during the week and the main purpose of for this is to prevent me succumbing to personal temptation when I'm alone - so it does need to be genuinely secure!

Is each to their own and there are plenty of devices out there. From my experience though the CB3000 with Points of Intrigue added is the best all rounder I have found; secure, concealed and reasonably comfortable after getting used to it. Take time to get the fit right and learn to sleep with it on...

Using the CB3000 with KSD-G2 here, remarkably inescapable I can assure you and comfy enough although I know its there but in a nice way as a permanent reminder.

Heard varying things about Birdlocked - but then, heard varying things about CB series........what suits one, may not suit another. Trial by error I'm afraid.

I use The Curve, I've worn it for upto 3 weeks before, it takes a little extra work to wash everything then it would without it, but with the KSD-G2 it works very well.

Ms May Thorn posted about this device in a recent thread - I'll add a link as soon as I can find it.

ETA: Here's her first post on the thread; http://www.informedconsent.co.uk/posts/166920/5/... you may find the whole thread illuminating.

I tried a thing, probably from the same or similar company, called The Curve, as anything else just looked too small. I found (a) if vaguely aroused my skin would bulge out through the air vents in a most alarming and possibly health damaging way, (b) it could be seen a mile off in public under trousers, and (c), would fall off in the bath or in bed whilst asleep.

I'd be keen to do the chastity thing but nothing I've seen is practical.

It probably falls off as you've not fitted it right or because you have either squidgy, very saggy, or small balls. Also it's possible to pull your cock out when it's not used with a KSD-G2.

The CB range look like they would be extremely difficult to fit into, but The Curve is not to difficult, sit around for awhile in the cold, flaccid and then quickly fit the device. The bulging can be very uncomfortable but for me that's part of it.

... and you don't need a device to do chastity :p
