Predictive texts....causing tears... (10)

yes....i can not believe that there can be many who have not made the odd (very odd in some cases :-$) blooper with predictive texting and not pre-checking before sending.....

However.....predicitive texting can also tell us something about ourselves......my predictive texting won't predict any of even the most mildly "naughty" words....i even have to spell out "damn"!!!......but it will predictive text quite happily the words paradoxical, metaphorical and partial-exemption (vat)..:-)

However.....predictive texting brought me to my knees last night, literally, and i wept......

i was texting a dear Friend (yes Mr J, You, before You suppose otherwise).....and mentioned my very much loved fluffy little companion of many years, now sadly departed....Mr Mackie......and my predictive texting no longer recognises His name.....

i know it is so silly, stupidly emotional....but with everything else that was going through my mind....it just felt so terribly painful that He was no longer remember........by my phone......

sorry.....

i know...silly....

but just me.

No, my dear friend, it is NOT silly.

It is the emotional you, the part that makes people love you.

P.S. Have you registered your/his star yet?

My beautiful albino cat died on Christmas Eve, and I miss him every single day. Although our cats didn't meet in their earth time, I hope they are chasing squirrels, or dozing in the sunshine together in the big garden in the sky!

6 years since Stig vanished and I still cry when I come across pictures of him or hear a song that he liked to miaow to when you sung it to him.

20 years since Bee died, and the Sheba advert still brings a tear to my mothers eye.

The love you had and shared with Mr. Mackie will always be an amazing life affirming thing and it's perfectly ok to weep over silly things.

Bad=ace on my Nokia. Could cause entirely the wrong meaning to be transmitted.

Famously "Quiche" used to provoke "Suicide?"
